Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items such as intimate wear or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
